| Penguins and Turtles had a visit from David and Lesley from Heartstart. They taught us what to do in an emergency. |

| Today the children in both Penguins and Turtles class had lots of fun investigating fish. They looked closely at Rainbow Trout and Plaice- identifying the different parts such as tail, fins, scales, mouth and gills. Very enthusiastic work! |

| After much investigation, they then made close observational drawings of the fish and labelled the different parts. |

| Penguins class did their class collective worship today on the theme of friendship... We were very proud of how well they rose to this challenge- speaking clearly, loudly and confidently in front of a big audience! Well done everyone! |
