| Penguins and Turtles had a visit from David and Lesley from Heartstart. They taught us what to do in an emergency. |

| They gave us 6 letter names to help us remember. |

| We watched a dvd to help us remember what we should do. |

| Then David and Lesley demonstrated how to move someone into the recovery position. |
